During our family vacation in Cuenca, we had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. Monica, the owner, and Lise at the reception truly made our experience seamless. With their local insights and recommendations, we were able to explore the city's hidden gems, saving us precious time. The hotel provided a family-friendly atmosphere, with spacious rooms that were cleaned daily, ensuring comfort for everyone. My kids loved the daily breakfast, which offered a great selection at a reasonable price. We often gathered in the dining area, sharing stories about our day. Accessible throughout the night, I appreciated being able to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Most importantly, we felt welcomed and valued, which is essential for any family trip.
